...serious virus problems lately...with this puter as well as me...just got over a horrendeous cold, more like a bad flue bug going around...not much to post today..just decided to give the blog a quick visit before the month is gone..

Trying to keep several properties going...non profit residential kind of places is not easy, with the cost of fuel, taxes,insurance and maintenance it is almost impossible to keep things going..
So...the thing to do is to eliminate, sell, donate, give away as much stuff as possible and conserve the remaining resources, putting them to the most intelligent use.
