Trying to keep several properties going...non profit residential kind of places is not easy, with the cost of fuel, taxes,insurance and maintenance it is almost impossible to keep things going..
So...the thing to do is to eliminate, sell, donate, give away as much stuff as possible and conserve the remaining resources, putting them to the most intelligent use.
